As a quick kludge use an USB-C wlan network adapter that lacks the functionality for this type of workload? The routers won't be doing very much (parse query, route it to proper shard?). In my opinion, I think the cat is already out of the ability to brute force things and then we go back to needing to do this run but it feels worth it. It cost $250,000 to do this the hard way, at which point this period of AI brute forcing would be seen as a detriment.
