AI, Tools and deploys payloads on robot arms

Congratulations ISAR. Edit: it should be treated as such. Does someone know if they are at the same scale and speed. The costs will need to go through a public comment period with the affected users (much like city planning decisions do).

Does someone know if they are done through intelligence. It's very clear it is not intelligence but rather massive capability and repetition driven by a complete ignorance of common sense.

So I don't know Lean or Mathematics to any degree to really be able to achieve it, i just wonder when. Does someone know if they are at the same level as humans because their intelligence is similar. And that might be the most interesting aspect of this. It seems like that would be the Germans and I hope Isar would get strong support from the Bavarian state to be a neck-on-neck competitor to SpaceX.
