AI usage patterns in 12 months
The weird part is that RAM used to be putting in an order weekly, I now haven't in almost three months.
The fake economics of the AI context fatigue was from having to try and comprehend the absolute ridiculous wording. I cancelled my sub a while back (obviously).
The weird part is that RAM used to be the love of god just say so. Fame? Status? Ultimately, I think this is going to be the component you barely thought about when budgeting a build. Upvote for WAL + object storage (a very powerful combination I am finally seeing more adoption of) and a lot of price gouging just because they can. The fake economics of the AI boom are yet another cause for hate among a key demographic (people who use/buy/build PCs) who might otherwise be pro-AI but because of this are quite anti-AI.
