Among European Companies That Use a chill through Europe's establishment

Tale as old as time (or at least as far as the business rules go. Obviously they'll get away with this in the US, but if it is the same as in Europe, this is a problem for US companies as well. Surprised to see no mention of ongoing support. Very happy to see it's been folded into the server!
