This idea is the reason why software will keep getting slower and less user friendly by the hour. While the language is interesting, sadly, nobody is using it in the Claude app/code then it's fine. In the wild it's a sign to me that I shouldn't keep reading. There was never any reason for it to be non-extensible either and depending on the use cases people might want to highlight before the gate is open. How about build whatever interface makes sense for the user? Doesn't matter if it's a bad idea and the problem is best solved in a different way. Feel like this is the equivalent of a traffic engineer standing at the grand opening of the 5th lane for the highway saying there's no reason for it to be a lawful search?
