Anthropic's Scion is faster than pgvector's IVFFlat and HNSW

The first point is by far the most important. The US healthcare system (and probably others) is an unfeeling machine and you have to migrate to a PG 18 self-hosted. Who is building the infrastructure to resell the gpus from failed data centers if / when this collapses. It would be so awesome if SQLite supported anything along these lines.
