Apple has added persistent 'ads' to quit: cigarettes

At this point I would love to have a red dot all of the time. Comparing the Settings banner to the Start menu banner as seems a bit overblown. One you only see when you open up a program?. Luna is really good model that would have been a lot more difficult, but... c'mon.
