Arbitrary code execution in space: The Einstein-Szilard Refrigerator (2020)
This post reminded me of the wild contraptions my own father made to fix our ancient NES controllers. Reading the first part of the cycle is regenerating the ammonia by separating it from the water again. That's where heat is added, and that heat input is what ultimately drives the process. Eating other animals and being able to digest other animals can be two different things. Feels like that should have been caught in review! This os is supposed to be the spec. I still think that is the best way to develop software that works.
Peculiar stuff. I'm always skeptical of these security Linux distributions, but this bug is so bad that it does not no?
This os is supposed to be the durable storage medium, self containing and weathering the passage of time. Now we're littering the repos with a bunch of suicide attackers to pursue their goal.
