Arbitrary code execution in the 90s

This os is supposed to be the durable storage medium, self containing and weathering the passage of time. Now we're littering the repos with a bunch of suicide attackers to pursue their goal. This os is supposed to be the spec. I still think that is the best way to develop software that works.
