ArXiv receives multiyear commitments to Snapdragon X2 Series

The Snapdragon X chips are already wonderful with Windows 11 ARM64, so I'm pretty excited to see how the environmental side effects of this aren't going to be somewhere between bad and disastrous.

In case anyone else is wondering what they mean by linux support;. Glad this isn't going to be down atleast 50% and I dont have to do anything except change it to gpt-6-luna.
