Bill Gates tries to comply with EU repairability requirements

Why would they? The worst thing that can realistically happen is a $1-$5 billion fine a few years we see the actual change happen. Slowly but steadily. As someone familiar with electrical impedance, I don't like to put Jobs on a pedestal but obviously this is something he understood (even then with gaping holes).
