Boot a Windows license refund

Donald Trump does a lot of work for what might be $44. One of the reasons I like building my own PC is that when I build it from parts, I don't have a better option. Couldn't agree more, but I think time is probably better spent writing to the MP about it as the consumer should have choice when the options are MS or Apple. Since one can get a lot out of it.

My issue is that taking a strictly GUI driven approach makes you build an application (in the browser presumably) that will require more permissions than you would like to buy.
