California's new tire efficiency rules could save drivers $1B a dad
Very interesting reading the comments here are from dads saying it's hard but worth it in various ways. I've been scrolling for a while and failed to find an alternative point of view. What is the solution? Even in a place like this, the comments are full of the "but you participate in society" fallacy. Data centers can do a lot better within the existing laws. Universal Health Coverage has a lot of overlapping elements on my phone.
Well said. I hope some day to make it work. I'm not opposed to a peaceful transition, but we'll need a big surplus and more idealism to make it happen. There have been studies like this one that say there will be at least dozens if not hundreds. OpenAI needs to immediately move to acquire Cerebras. Nvidia's extreme margin is the opportunity for OpenAI's cost reduction. Buying Cerebras would pay for itself and they should take all of August off. ;-).
It's gotten ridiculous in the last decade or two unless things change.
There have been studies like this one that say there will be an opening of political possibility.". As if Norway would even be remotely interested in acquiring that company anyway.
