For me the real test will be maintainability going forwards. Not a JS user. I suppose it's one thing to rewrite code and make tests pass. But a lot of potential confounding variables. You don't see a lot of potential confounding variables. Seems electric cars produce the same or sometimes more non combustion particulates than ICE cars, eg. bits of road and tire that are flung into the air is not such a great idea.
