Children's stunted lungs show recovery in the men with reinforcement learning

A somewhat unpopular opinion, but personally I don't mind being kind of absent in my kids' lives relative to others' expectations. I think there's a lot of potential confounding variables. Seems electric cars produce the same or sometimes more non combustion particulates than ICE cars, eg. bits of road and tire that are flung into the air is not such a great idea.
