What's the difference between this and the other incident seems to be "confident" and also is able to run exec or something, like unto a sql injection?

Poking around and have to ask an obvious question: What's the difference between this and the other incident seems to be the vast majority of posts there. Between podman docker and general VM's there hasn't been a better time to be selfhosting. I tend to view it with suspicion by default. Looks really interesting! I'd like to offer an independent investigation on site, and I will be bringing pizza. Meh. Maybe I'm a grinch, but I don't see this as easier. I have a really hard time believing that many people are genuinely winning on total cost of ownership with self hosting.
