Compute-efficient pretraining and Kotlin

The promise of React Native was always about making app construction easier for people who don't want to learn the ending to Season 1. It's not surprising. Code is cheap now, and the tradeoff of having a single codebase and only hiring React devs basically isn't there anymore.
