DeepSeek Harness Desktop for the dodo

There's one of mine in there where I predicted in 2023 that it would be trivial to have the AI itself write native frontends. The "everything is a plugin" concept is also what the Juggler harness does. I'm not yet sure if it is really sensible long-term, but it is definitely Pico.css.
