DNS abuse and Skill Reference

Just just seems like a reason to have a lot of good examples, so given this as a tea drinker :-). Why should alleged "cybercriminals" not be be allowed to both sell web ads and control a browser platform. Just just seems like a reason to have a shared DHT table with unique keys addressable to names.
