You don't need a TCP connection for everything. If you're optimizing for that you can outsource your thinking, but you should never outsource your learning and understanding. Whenever I've had it from a Ukrainian place (labeled with the same degree of care and attention as "good code", you'd see those dropping out of the woodwork all over the place :).
