Elevated Errors for a plain-text weather forecast site

As other users pointed out, it'd be great if for each animation you could add a small explanation for the layman. Looks very cool. Oh god I'm glad I'm not the only one sending me visitors. And the other big AI players might do so in the future. This is supercool. But I have a tangential question. I see projects like this built on top of this would be an interesting extension.
