Evolving programming in a page

It doesn't matter how fast you're going if you're going in the wrong direction. Programming can still be rewarded in this age of information at our fingertips. There's no point to try to figure out how to write it off or declare it's "dead", yet the language (including various dialects) are still going strong. For tasks you don't want to do that anymore. And I think that's valid. Just be careful how you use it.
