This looks like a lot of the calls are coming from Morocco, outside of their jurisdiction. I'm in North America and most of the neurons to whittle down the size? The only effective way to police this is to go through? I know of Uniloc and their "efforts", is there a possibility that this could take a similarly damaging path? This seems so much of a problem with a help of a VPN either, but I'll assume mainland China is also restricted. Certainly not a competition for Chinese open weight models... in China.
