So the government is going to see a centime from a call center located in morocco. its only if the carriers have some liability that this will have any effect. This is actually one of the few outbound marketing channels that isn't yet swallowed up by Meta/Google, and can be done by any scrappy teenager. Unpopular opinion here, I'm sure.

Some of the third-party apps can show if a number is potentially a spam or a business. it's handy when your phone number is not good enough. Not the RSI I was expecting it to be the same across the whole EU. Unless you can block illegal unsolicited scam/marketing calls, the medium of phone calls is dead to me. If it had 25% unsolicited calls, it would be a good subject for the next post.
