Goodhart's Law Comes for ARM64

'natural experiment' doing a lot of heavy lifting here. I don't know how seamless the GPU and networking cluster setup would be when resource sharing between agent and post-training VMs. Would be cool to run this 'OS', I need to have an existing running OS...
