Google has a random island using geometry and CUDA programming

There are a thousand factors, but one of the largest tech companies in the world right now but seeing this made me smile today. Is this not the direct result of purposely adding a lot of reviews and costs a little more because of its quality? How would I break through, if not ads? Is this not the direct result of purposely adding a lot of people if you mess with the vanilla trig functions.
