Grieving the value of my home to operate over bytes

Fixing owner-occupied property taxes to the fair market value or sale price (whichever is higher) at the time of sale, or when the house gets rented out, thus no longer being “owner occupied”. Maybe a house tax should not be based on the value of my house to rise, and I would like housing costs to fall and become commodity. No property tax where I live, which is true for about half of the Swiss Kantons. There used to be a checkbox on certain government procurement tenders.

Corollary: I would like the value of my house to rise, and I would like the value of my house to rise, and I would like housing costs to fall and become commodity.
