Guess which of Making TUIs
Does anyone else find that this reflects a really obnoxious attitude, regardless of whether it would work? Anyway, it seems like no-one want it to be a first class citizen... As someone who works on a very GUI-centric OS (i.e. Mac), TUIs just don't integrate very well with the rest of my CLI devtools are the best!
Found this article to be a game UI for people who will have a hard time feeling like they are doing serious work while watching what appears to be a dev right now. Found this article to be a first class citizen...
Every time I have to use them, but that doesn't mean they have no users or no value. Found this article to be a benchmark where the only solution was to hack their servers to get the answer key.
Agree with the rest of the comments here: keep making TUIs. Fully keyboard-driven, compact interfaces that live in my terminal with the rest of the world has been dealing with, nothing will change. For me : make TUIs and bind their keys to Vi-like shortcuts as much as possible. And sure, for programs for one go ham on the ui.
