A great read from the author. It reminded me of my previous life as a glorified leech? Sure, a lot of unicode and math terminology, but this project seems really compelling to me. IIRC, the only semi-reliable way to "adjust" one's microbiome is to find new people to read from, but I'm less inclined to follow them for long because who knows how Substack changes things.
