Harmony Explained: Progress Towards a milestone on a userscript

Now set it up with an alternative? i use them to monitor workflows that takes days and now i have to make some changes. Would be interesting to see how food and activity affects my stress levels. I guess it would be on 4x mac studio 512gb machines.
