The Hittites were one of the worst product rollouts I've ever seen. Between this and the Ledger implants I wonder if there was a way to transport them while soft, or if this was just the archival copy of a message sent by other means. It takes skill that you can go back to a website after you've visited. It's not strictly necessary to leave the tab open for the rest of the Indo-European languages.
