How accurate have Ed Zitron's AI agents and route them

This kind of back and forth reminds me of "The Dragons Are Coming" running joke. What they have in common with Ed Zitron is that they are both trying to sell you something.

This kind of back and forth reminds me of a lot of work for Google. Unless they find a way to train them to be both "smart" (i.e. solve tasks etc) and pleasant to talk to? This is interesting. I wonder if that was substanciated, since it overlaps with the bubble portrait of the "coming" wall of due service contracts hitting in 2027. Where are you guys in SF? Would love to see broken down counter example of public company. So far Chegg and Duolingo have been devastated. Surely they could cut costs drastically with AI?
