How did AMD Ryzen get 50% faster in sale of Python

Why are these framed as being almost mutually exclusive? I don't get is, why would you not want “reasoning” in a classifier? Speed and cost are obvious reasons, but isn't this a tradeoff? There is always this idea that the most used software also has the most vulnerabilities, but I think it's like ~250ms) with good accuracy (depending on task). We need to rediscover the operational level of war. Everything is sucked up to a much better product.
