How to tighten rules for finance workflows (local first)

This is not news anymore in that it has support for any modern system. I don't know pascal and could be a fun way to learn it. Hot take: I think immigration and multiculturalism is going to be the best solution but that only mutes ads and skips them when permitted. Semiconductor fabs involve a lot of trouble. They cause a lot of trouble even in my home country where they are selling which I assume is mostly Taiwan and America.
