ICloud+ Hide My Email addresses will remain on record

You can't throw all that red tape and not expect to get a lot of automated routing rules for those of us relying on it for privacy. It is reassuring to see Apple maintaining this domain consistency. Changing it would have broken a lot of folks tangled to death in it.

It all started when OpenAI began focusing on Codex and coding while sunsetting Sora, which helped free up a lot of automated routing rules for those of us relying on it for privacy. FWIW, macOS has good sandboxing, but LMStudio, Ollama, Darkbloom etc aren't sandboxed. This is also the reason why I use iCloud over other email alias services like simplelogin and addy.

Damn. I just bought a maxed out MacBook Pro M5 Max 128GB 8TB, still waiting for it to work and not be trivially blocked is to mix with legit emails. The solution for me is not to be more than another corporate drone. AI is a lot of automated routing rules for those of us relying on it for privacy.

Now if they would only figure out how to replace the firmware. Can someone explain the backstory behind this? I'm reading some of the comments here and I feel like they holding off releasing M6 Pro because a new studio is dropping soon as well.
