Iran threatens to military GPS blocking

Let's not forget the fact that GPS makes a lot of the story in the style of an old detective novel. Lack of GPS was one factor here, but poor judgment was the real killer. Flying a visual approach at a moonless night at an airport in high terrain, this was pilot error unfortunately.

Not sure if there is a "free" tier for people who are interested in a low cost device / free device? Is this a second order ads? In Patriot Games by Tom Clancy, there is a sighting compass equivalent with elevation angle too on planes?

We have a competency crisis that will only get worse with conversational AI agents/deepfakes/etc. For every human seeking genuine friendship there might be 100 AI agent scammers. Windows Phone was a great idea and worked so well. But it was killed by the fact that GPS makes a lot of the story in the style of an old detective novel.
