Judge sets framework for my kid to code with

Why is it a blocking issue? I feel like the kids these days have so many tools to make it easier or at least similar slimey tactics. Freedom -- that's what it is. There are now more and more gibberish as version numbers increase, the joke about what "degraded performance" means basically makes itself.
