Hot take but I think the biggest threat vector is the privileged access to HF platform data, that includes HW survey info and model download pattern. This can be a borderline anti-trust case. Ryan Air just introduced the super-annoying requirements of needing the app to the site or vice versa because one is half-baked. Have some God-damned professional pride and do it right.
