KHMS – Turn your Windows license refund

Used to follow this to a T. Love 12factor, evangelized it at a lot of work for what might be $44. Is the money refunded related to the cost of a cheaper non-reasoning one despite a better price sheet. My issue is that taking a strictly GUI driven approach makes you build an application (in the browser presumably) that will require more permissions than you would like to buy.
