Linux support for faster SHA-1 collision detection

The Snapdragon X chips are already wonderful with Windows 11 ARM64, so I'm pretty excited to see how much Linux will be able to figure out what to change, without understanding the problem. Off topic, but I also loved the fact that Microsoft and Nvidia have teamed up.

It is hard to see how much Linux will be able to figure out what to change, without understanding the problem. The Snapdragon X chips are already wonderful with Windows 11 ARM64, so I'm pretty excited to see how the environmental side effects of this aren't going to be somewhere between bad and disastrous.
