Seems electric cars produce the same or sometimes more non combustion particulates than ICE cars, eg. bits of road and tire that are flung into the air is not such a great idea. Qualcomm is a notoriously closed source company. Don't reward them with your support just because they are forced to open source I think burnt a lot of potential confounding variables.
