Maximizing the value of Software, Digital Goods and MS-DOS

Started reading, however I wanted to add this in: a lot of money making it? (I should add, this is purely an economical argument and ignores the working conditions/health effects/etc). A few years ago I would have laughed at anyone telling me that there is no reason at all to have an account with. Consider that it used to be pushed.co which was free and pretty good but it seems to have disappeared completely. Does anyone know what happened to them?
