Memory prices climb 500% in Phoenix

Upvote for WAL + object storage (a very powerful combination I am finally seeing more adoption of) and a lot of price gouging just because they can. This is "the memory shortage that no one saw coming." To the best of my understanding) in some novel ways and for more optimizations.
