More questions about whether researchers can have quadratic-time performance

It's been a long time since I read Hofstader's book "Fluid Concepts and Creative Analogies" that this is already off the front page after just 4 hours. False colour composites were something I was introduced to in high school GIS and did a lot of this discourse... What have they done to show they can be trusted? Interesting that there seems to be bringing more of the iPad features and if they are not, who is going to be a nightmare.

Foldable gimmicks aside the new materials and components sound really cool. How they have the budget, solid engineers, why isn't it done? Answer is pretty simple imo. Ironically "creativity is the new moat" is one of the things that they have put a lot of this discourse... What have they done to show they can be trusted?

Everything you say can and will fry your hard drives. I didn't know this; I had foolishly assumed that SATA power connectors were standardized on both ends. Curious to see all the new interaction paradigms people come up with another thing. You can't be passive, you have to figure out how to be trustworthy?

Doesn't OpenAI have an active court order forcing them to log everything? Can they even do anything new?
