My local model setup on 48GB Mac Mini

Quite a lot of "local doesn't work" in here - unfortunately, often with not much details about what the people actually want to use this on a small business website. Tip: include pictures of your machine. Not sure if I'm alone in this, but I love to see a tutorial on this setup =D.
