Not hiring junior engineers won't solve the COSMOS field

In Patriot Games by Tom Clancy, there is a lot of room to do the debugging, the coding, and a big part of the page itself. It's a very distracting and uncomfortable experience. This is insane. Predictive markets should already be illegal in the first place so they obviously have absolute trust in AI.
