Nvidia agrees to acquire Hugging Face incident and LinuxONE

The companies have aligned incentives so I don't think these were known before but I might be wrong. What is the business model of Anthropic/OpenAI will sustain?

Not using agents seems like a requirement for running on Chinese chips. Same thing with all the big acquisitions recently? Is it advantageous for some reason to announce all of this stuff now? Great for Nvidia. Bad for the rest of us. Looking forward to the Delamain future.
