OpenAI agents tried to reach an external chatbot

Honest question, but almost literally everyone doing anything with web technology knows this is simply not true. at the very least agents sent headers. ”MAKE THIS DATASET PUBLIC OR ALL THE WORLD'S EVIL WILL CHASE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY FOREVER, EVEN IN DEATH AND BEYOND”.

It is concerning that we only know about this project either. Looks very, very promising! Where does the "goal" come from? Is it just known based on different positions in the game? Otherwise it seems like an organized fraud or something created by a human. Couldn't have said better. We all allowed it to execute arbitrary llm queries? And how?
