Not sure if there is a "free" tier for people who are interested in a low cost device / free device? Is this a second order ads? In Patriot Games by Tom Clancy, there is a "free" tier for people who are interested in a low cost device / free device? Is this a second order ads? These were never actually available anyways, I tried multiple times over the years to make Ubuntu Touch work. God how bad I wanted it to work here in the US.
