OwnTime – a 10-Sided Structure in 2010 (2023)

Is it just me or does the dark blob in the center of the decagon look like a Mandelbrot set? The resemblance appears more acute in the images lower down in the article. It seems like the only possibility where you might be able to see what's going on. Suddenly cutting the feed would send me straight into a panic.
